The Mizu Scalloped Slicer is an extra long serrated blade used for general slicing. It is very versatile and can be used by chefs for slicing meats and crusty breads.
When tackling brisket or large slabs of meat, the scallops cut through the outer crust with ease which avoids smashing the inner delicate meat.
